Inside Football - Black from the brink

This article gives readers insight into the struggles of former AFL player Heath Black, while searching for answers about his mental health. Finally diagnosed with Adult ADHD And Bipolar II Disorder, Heath is moving forward with good health, working as a facilitator for the AFL Player's Association PlayWise program and has penned a memoir to share his difficult journey.
